Two New Styles Come to Six Row

Arch Nemesis: Midnight

Part one of our Arch Nemesis Series of specialty beer releases, Midnight is a bold yet quenching Imperial Black India Pale Ale also serves to celebrate our 4 year anniversary beer. This dark and devouring ale is made with a touch of darkly roasted malt to give it the distinctive ebony color. The rich malt base is then bombarded bountiful amounts of Chinook and Cascade hops lending bitterness along with citrus flavor and aroma. Although tempting, be patient and let this ale warm in the glass a little to really let the layers of flavor unfold.

  • 9.0% Alc. by Vol.
  • Bitterness Units: 80 IBU
  • Available on draft starting December, 5th 2013 at the brewpub

Sunshine Slowdown

Modeled after a traditional American style Cream Ale, the Sunshine Slowdown is an easy drinking, lager-like Ale. Originally produced by ale breweries prior to Prohibition to compete with lagers of the time, it mimics the crisp, slightly fruity character of an American lager. Brewed with traditional ingredients including corn and American hops, grainy and floral flavors dominate the palate of this ale.

  • 5.0% Alc. by Vol.
  • Bitterness Units: 19 IBU
  • Available on draft now at the brewpub
